My rookie that I have drafted this year has had 7 pops this season. Im not sure what week we are in, but i believe it is 6. in that case, i have averaged more than 1 pop a week. But I do not get a pop every week, just was lucky and hit good sublevels.

It also depends on the starting point. There is much more difficult to train a player from lvl 7 to 12 than from 1 to 6

This is not what he said. I know a lower skill will train faster than other related skills that are already higher. But he said that it is more difficult to train a skill from 7-12 than from 1-6 in general. Thats what I understood.

That is what I thought he meant as well, and as far as I know it is wrong. The only reason it would take long is because the skill would train faster if it is lower than other related skills, or because the player is going to be older when you are training from 7-12 in general.

My point of veiw was certainly clarified. The bigger difference between the related fields and the trained one is the cause of the faster grouth at the low levels. Thanks.
