Not 6 straight weeks, 6 weeks of the season in which there was no home game. Search your league. YO uwill find atleast 1 person who has 3 weeks (not straight) with no home games. You should also find, rather easily, somone with 2 seperate weeks wiht no home game BEFORE a week with 2 home games. So in essance, 2 weeks of missed income before a double income return. YOu'Ll find probably one in each conference, maybe two.
Let me explain this to you ...
3 weeks does not equal 6 weeks. Two weeks does not equal six weeks. Two weeks twice does not equal six weeks. Now we are clear.
And of course there are teams with a week without home game income -- that has been me in the first week of at least the last three seasons IIRC. It is not an issue, though.
You are also right that in my first season the week with no home game income caught me by surprise ... for about two minutes. Then I planned for it and saw it for the non-issue that it is. Complaining does not turn a non-issue into an issue. I would have thought that you would be in
favor of little things like this that do not bother managers smart enough to plan ahead, but might trip up the managers whose first impulse is to whine instead of figure out how to plan for something like this. Surely you do not stand with the whiners instead of the planners, do you?
