I have seen how Wolph has used the blank lineups sometimes and they have been really good. However while they are sometimes good I still think that sometimes we need to manually set the lineups.
Examples
We are playing a team with a brilliant PG and our best defender is out SG. Then we will want to set a lineup where our SG swaps with our PG on defence.
We are playing a team with one weak player. We may want to play patient and put or main scoring threat in the position opposite him so he takes the majority of the shots.
We are playing a team with weak bigs. We may want to really pound the ball inside. So we could run a 2 x PG, 1 x PF and 2 x C lineup.
The blank lineup is supposed to be good if you are running just a very standard lineup probably it is better although there are some strange subs, but smart tactics are still better.
Obviously this is only for NT & B3 games, league and cup games would be a disaster as your training minutes and GS will be wrecked.
