I didn't know that, thanks. It helps my training plan and hiring veterans.

Yeah but that's not really a fair comparison. If I have two guys with equal skills except one has higher PA, of course that guy is going to be better. The real question is if a player can have lower JS/JR/DR/IS, but with higher PA have better performance than a player with higher JS/JR/DR/IS and lower PA.

He is going to be overall better, but if this translates to FG% it proves my point? Or no?

U21 can give some great insights into this question because it is very difficult to train a player with great JS/JR, DR, and Flow. It's been my experience overseeing U21 training that you can't have a guy that just has high JS/JR. High DR helps create unassisted shots but I think you need at least a basic level of flow too or the player is just going to take bad shots instead of passing the ball to someone else.

It is not exact and depends on other skills and his heights but 1v1 for F trains about 0.2 and JS for F trains about 0.35. If you don't want much HA-DR, and you want only JS (if it is very behind) then you should train JS. But it also trains IS, keep that in mind :) I will train my forward young players 1v1 F, let's say it trained 4 JS 10 HA 12 DR 5 IS, then I will train JS F to complement the lack of JS and IS. It is not a bad training if you need more JS, but 1v1 forwards is definitely the most efficient trainig.

It depends how much JS you want on your Big.

Besides JS-Training and 1on1-Training, you gain JS by training JR and IS.

Here a few Options:

JS is the main thing to you and you really need it on your big, but your DR sucks:
-> 1on1 Guards leads to nice DR und okey JS, when you go back on IS you´ll gain some ups by that.

DR is okey but your trainee is missing on JS?
-> JS helps you out here

You think that a little JS is enought? JR is completely overratet?
-> IS also trains JS and should help you out on this scenario.

JR ist the main thing to have on a Big!!!
-> not really worth the deal.....unless your Big has a great Startvalue. Not worth it. Sorry :(

Well, you can try it that way though: Train some OD. Get some JR-Training (gives maybe +1/+2 ups in JS, depending how long you are training) and try to get you JS higher, by training IS. I doubt, that this will be effectiv.

I hope, this helps. :)
