Thanks for all the answers so far. I`ll try to convert my questions into numbers. I recently bought a player with 17 JS, 10 JR and OD, 15 Driving and 13 handling, but only 8 in passing and 2 in ID. Training him is not an option since he`s quite old and I`m training inside skills. I want to make him a PG which penetrates a lot and either finishes with layups (7 on IS) or makes the opponent guards to commit a foul, or maybe simply shoots from the middle distance, while passes are the last option in offence. Just like young Kobe
on the other hand I`d like to avoid leaving him alone inside since he`s awful ID. Last game vs. a very strong opp, I played R&G and 2/3 zone. Offencively, he made a lot of shots and the persentage was fantastic (41 points), but he didn`t make the opposite guards foul. Defensively, things were much worse. The opp. PG scored even more than mine
and I lost the game. Princeton seems to be a very interesting idea. Probably I`ll try it next game. But 2/3 zone did not work. Maybe M2M with switch?
