BBM matches are listed as -type="unknown"- at least in schedule.aspx and boxscore.aspx
Could you fix that ?

Also for BBM games, the XML response contains `<neutral>0</neutral>`, despite BBM games being played at a neutral arena.

I have checked that B3 games return `<neutral>1</neutral>`, as expected.
