Major questions that I'm sure many people will have so I wanted to jumpstart it with these two:

Marin,

Do you have a flash player replacement in mind yet for when flash player no longer works?

How far away are we from a BuzzerBeater App? Is there potential of seeing one in 2020, or is 2021 more realistic?

With some side questions:

With all the respect, obviously BB management is almost non-existent. It seems like Marin main job is simply to keep the game functioning ("Alive") . We haven't had an upgrade or change to the game engine and tactics for years. This is absurd in my opinion..
A few quite simple changes that I would really like to see in the game :
a. Change the salary formula so it will be cost-efficient to build players for other tactics than Look inside as well; One of the reasons people don't play outside tactics is because having a player with high outside shooting is way more expensive than having him inside-focused.
b. Make other tactics stronger - as we all know, the game is dominated by Look inside and it is frustrating. the only reason not to play LI is the GDP - and this is not a good reason by itself in my opinion..

Would love to hear Marin opinion about these.

2.Open sourcing BB?
I know this is a long shot,but..
Have you considered open-sourcing BB? Regarding to my previous question, I am aware that adding more staff will cost money that I am not sure BB necessarily have.
However, there are money talented people in the community that also care a lot about the game, and I am sure that people will help upgrade and improve BB if given the chance - free of charge of course.
We can have a system for that and a person in charge of all of that. Developments will be brought to Marin in an organized way and he can choose whether or not to add it to the game - so he will still be in charge after all.

Or at least a website for mobile devices ... I am pretty sure, this is far more feasible than a mobile app.

Feels like a TOP secret, but it's worth a shot:

Do players actually have "hidden" skills (like aggressiveness), if so could you elaborate about them? If not - any chance to see this in the future?
