Today, game 3: (110724039)

Same tactics, only difference home vs away

garbage for both teams in both matches. It could be possible?
No blame about the final result, just wanna know your opinion about what happened in one night, excluding garbage time the are around 60 points of difference in these two matches, same teams, tactics, shape.

I have the same sentiment, home court advantage seems pretty big this playoffs.


Well I was able to win on these playoffs playing away. There are usually too many factors on BB but in this case, we played two matches exactly in the same way so the number of factors is reduced and there are too many points of difference on the table, so one BB analyzer could maybe take some infos and share some conclusions

For sure there is random in this game but I can't believe it is so big cause if you see BBB or NT matches I've never seen similar teams having 50 points of difference in the final score (let's not consider the point missing due garbage). Again this is quite an unique case when two teams played in the same way reducing a lot the number of factors that decides a match

I think the fact that it is such a unique occurence means that it is just a statistical outlier that happens even with a balanced engine. I think that's OK.

so checking the results of the two games which is your opinion? Random? In that case it means I was superlucky on my home match and very unfortunate in my away match, correct?
