I see 90% next to pf/c nothing next to center and stuff like that, what does this mean?

Nothing next to center means that the C position gets 100% training for that specific skill (assuming a player played at least 48 minutes at C).

It refers to the effectivness of the training.
90% means the training would be 10% less effective.
no percent means that it is 100%
