Why not just train OD three weeks in a row and then do a week of IS followed by 1ON1 Fs. Get some IS shot work and also help with elastic effect.

That seems like the dumbest project ever!!! And a waste of time

Why not do a all OD,Passing,IS, rebounding project. No JS,ID
