My thoughts'd be in line with yours...

Hat tip to K-Mat, who is out of the NT, a casualty of a vicious new NT manager! ;) But he is absolutely a 38yo shadow of his former self. Still... 5 games shy of 200 games! I'm not sure that will be broken any time soon.

My thoughts, We don't have the players to be competitive anymore so trying to squeeze one or two extra wins out of some older players probably doesn't mean much. If the shape of our team and youth are better at the end of your tenure than they are now then I think you will have been successful and will be appreciated. I fully support a youth movement.

The team looks a lot younger and you still were able to get a good result in the first game. This goes to show that sometimes its good to have someone new take over with a fresh look at things. Great Job!
