Happy to be re-elected (wasn't that hard without any opponent

), we will have a difficult season ahead.
There aren't too many 21-years old who have the skills to play the U21.
Currently the U21 has 8 players :
PG // Pascal Schnitzler // 21-yr // € 21.814 // Wellington BK (Sweden)
PG // Lukas König // 21-yr // € 11.498 // Spirits and Souls
SG // Tobias Winkler // 21-yr // € 8.239 // Crazy Crocodiles (Utopia)
SF // Art Bizjak // 21-yr // € 13.230 // Trackville Pandas
SF // Simon Tischler // 21-yr // € 7.454 // Danube Gorillaz
PF // Benjamin Bell // 21-yr // € 10.020 // Simplebox
PF // Markus Gattermayer // 21-yr // € 7.656 // FirstImmo
C // Thomas Buchegger // 19-yr // € 7.377 // Myslenice Killerz (Poland)
And that's the best we can offer this season !!!As you can see (by f.i. the salary) the skills aren't that good, especially at the inside positions.
This means:
(1) We will loose most of our games
(2) We will loose our 50th position in the WR
(3) Therefore next seasons we will get more difficult opponents
(4) If we don't train more players in more positions, it will be even harder to get some wins next seasons..
(5) In the 'Big' NT we will have the same issues.
I've made an inventory on the talents Austria has, Upcoming days/weeks i will contact the managers with players with potential 10-9-8 what the plans are for there talents. Will they train (hopefully yes!), and if not, are they willing to sell.
The best talents that are trained will be elected in the U21, meaning they have more change in gaining XP.
And of course the team will receive a little more money in merchandise.
I hope the Austrian community appreciates the existence of the U21 and NT and will help to make it BIG again
