I use to play BuzzerBeater about 5 years ago and I was pretty good when I use to play. I was looking to blow off some steam so I created another squad and I am just awful now...About -49,000 in economy status and I currently have a 3-8 record at a 6th seed. Merchandise is extremely low, attendance is about half full, salaries are killing me.

Need some advice ASAP.
Please let me know what you believe I should do.

Thank you!

Expand your arena. You are capacity in everything except your Bleachers. This will bring in more money.

Invest in younger players, all your best players are 36+ and declining in skills.

Train some players, even just Starter-PAS potential. This will increase your attendance and merchandise. And it will give you a better team organically without having to buy players.

Have more American players in your starting lineup. This will also increase your merchandise.

These are just a few broad tips from glancing at your team.

I have 1757 players for sale and I'm $25,835,360 in debt. Buy them at outrageous prices, or be selfish and make me go bankrupt. You decide, BB.

As Manon said, we need to know where you lose your money on. Old players might be cheap on the transfer list, but they cost more salary per skill they provide as they decline during the season. I don't know how the market is for low end players, but it might be better to just buy 18/19yo's and train them. You can get a Superstar potential with 50 TSP (18yo) or 60 TSP (19yo) for under 50k if you look after the draft. Then you only need a lvl 3/4 trainer which costs less than 15k a week to train those guys. It takes longer, but you can save money in the meantime and you'll come out better in the end.

Staff could eat a lot of your money too, what are you paying them?

Expand arena and keep prices so that you sell about 90%-95% of each seat.
