You can't build more than 30k bleachers, 10k lower tiers, 500 courtside seats, 50 luxury boxes. It's not really wise to build the maximum size arena, although some people still do it, it's like some kind of achievement to them. Oh, and it's very high possibility that BBB finals will take place at your arena, if you have it maximum size. Here you go: http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/69767/arena.aspx http://www.buzzerbeater.com/team/84768/arena.aspx
In lower divisions it's better to have more bleachers than LT because they attract more people. In higher divisions it's better to have more LT than bleachers, because then they pay off. Soooo in long term.. I'd go with 12k-8k-500-50.

thanks for the info, but this brings up another question for me, as far as i understand it, there is no upkeep cost, if im getting this wrong, please let me know, but if thats the case then why not build everything possibe?

Simply because it's economically inefficient. Why do you have to waste your money on empty seats? More than 22k (don't know exactly, maybe someone will correct me) won't ever come.

Because there is a limit on how many supporters will visit your games, around 22.000. So having 30.000 means you'll always have 8.000 empty, being a waste of money.

Yes, there is no upkeep/maintenance cost.
