Same thing is happening for me right now. It is kind of annoying b/c i just want to place a bid and go to bed and the timer runs out at 2:00AM for me.
I do not plan on waking up just to get the bid. So if anyone could please give any suggestions for me or anyone else for that matter when they come across a situation like this? Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

Next time this happens, please note the staff id and time of the failed attempt. Then I'll have something to work with.

EDIT: I found the problematic staff id and will investigate further.
