My two-year term is coming to an end. Nigeria U21 went from LAST PLACE up to 48, before finally ending up rank 50. We won the Silver at the African Cup, and we won our first World Cup match since season 9!

I am proud of all of you for helping us have two successful seasons in a row.

We have rebuilt and have a strong enough roster to contend for the Cup this season. I have no doubt this makes our U21 program an attractive option for managers.

I hope to get re-elected, and believe I have earned it, but I understand that with only a few Nigerian managers it will be a very close election race. There are only 11 votes, and every vote counts.

Whether I win re-election or not, I have had a great time learning and winning with all of you. Stay committed to training Nigerian players and stick together.
