It's a hard way to go.....

We have played the first four games in the 35S and they were all losses.
We didn't expect any win, to be honest. We sitll have to play against the two more affordable teams, but we can already say something about our situation.
We have a poor range of players in terms of NT, but we already knew this. Barbados is a very small country and the drafts every year are very small compared to most nations. I've been scouting players but the two new ones introduced in NT are not potential starting five. So the best work to do is to grow up young players in U21 team for the seasons to come.
A second fact is the game shape of many of our main players. They play lots of minutes in their club, so we rarely had a game shape around 8/9 level.
I think we have three very good inside players, but we're very poor in terms of guards.
So we should work in this direction, we really need some big point and shooting guards.
Anyway the next two game will say something more about our NT.
Hope that more and more managers join the Barbados community, to let the game grow as funny as we deserve!
