The future is at stake

It has been a change in the U21 team management, where Borislav stepped down to assistant manager in order to give Svett Sleik a chance to prove himself. Borislav did this to focus on his new line of Traktor Termograd merchandise, namely sponsored tractors for their rural fans. Borislav have laid down a massive pre-season mapping of norwegian talents and put together a good suggestion of 20-21 year olds to continue in the U21 team. It will however be some minor changes and some very young talents this season.

For all the managers that are training norwegian U21/NT players/talents:

*Give them 48 minutes in training positions or they won't play next match. Several misses gets them a permanent place on the bench until they get fired first offseason.
*Keep up the good work
*If you manage to give them approximately 65 minutes every week we might startle some big teams this season ;) Game Shape will be an important factor.

Svett Sleik has a rumor as an uncompromising leader and questionable tactician, hopefully this won't become a barriere in the communication within the team, the NT crew or dealing with foreign managers. Remember: Resistance is futile.
