GOING TO THE SHOW!!!!

What a cup run it was for the Headhunters.
After running over four bots, the Headhunters drew Kyoto Shogun(at the time the cup holders) in the sweet 16. In what should have been a close game with Nippon's #2 team turned out to be a 110-73 smack down at the Dungeon of Doom. Next up were the Headhunters rivals, The mighty Swoosh in the Final 8. After a sex tape scandal involving team star Yasujiro, Swoosh's players came out cold and it turned out to be an easy win for the Headhunters to the tune of 81-43. Lot's of fans started to worry when the Headhunters drew Stunners in the final 4, the team lot's of people had picked to win the cup. What happened next was a classic game between two rivals that will go down in team history as probably the best game ever played. Down 7 at half, the Headhunters fought hard in the second half to tie it and send it to OT. Before OT started, Asano tore off his jersey and written on his white sports T-shirt were these words,"REFUSE TO LOSE". As OT started, it was all Headhunters. With the final score 98-90 flashing on the scoreboard, The Rosegarden and the 18,600 fans went crazy.....Next up was the up and coming Kawaguti, the Great 8 champs, and OH what a game it was. After being up by 15 at half, Kawaguti cut the lead to 3 late in the third. The lead was 7 going into the 4th, and that is when CUP MVP Yuo Chi Cuong took over. And after the dust settled, The Headhunters were champions by the score of 81-68. The key to the Cup title was REBOUNDING, everygame The Headhunters banged the boards and the final was no different. 56-42 was the rebound difference. And the Key to this was Asano at SF who averaged 7 rebounds a game in these 4 games.
With that, The chapter of the season 22 cup and how the Headhunters were the last one standing is over. The next Chapter starts with the season 23 BB3...
