This improves things!

One, because competition is good. But 2... that's 8 people that don't have Scouting for the Season so far, so 8 people going in a bit more Blind. More likely for some one to drop.

I guess the default setting is 3 scouting points per week at a cost of $10,000 per week, so I am starting with 30 points, which the bot paid for :-)
