Magandang Araw Pilipinas!

I want to thank everybody for voting me. Salamat ng marami sa pagtitiwala!

First order of business, scouting. Let’s be clear, I’ll focus more on Pinoy players with allstar potential and above. Star and below potential? There will be very few exceptions but most likely not, due to cap and potential limitations. So, if you’re interested in training a U21 stud today or in the future, allstar will be my bare minimum, but it’ll be much appreciated if you can get a perennial allstar and above.

I’ll start scouting 20- and 21-year-old players, and then 18- and 19-year-old players afterwards. I ask for patience if your player isn’t scouted yet, it will take a few days to complete this. Target is to finish them before the training update on Friday happens. I’ll also send BB-mail to the managers and ask about training plans and other stuff. Hoping for your replies!

Those players who will be called up for our game vs New Zealand on Monday (March 18, 11pm PH Time), I encourage the managers to buy at least superior sports psychologist for better Game Shape maintenance. Sometimes, even if your player gets the optimal 60-80 minutes per week, there’s still chance they get 7 GS. Sports Psychologist reduces that chance, based on my experience.

To the players who will be included in the pool, I'll be monitoring your game shapes and training progress. I'll be strict on this, especially game shapes.

Onwards to a new season and good luck to all of us!

- Leo

Congrats Boss Leo!

3. Kung nakapagdraft tayo ng U21 or NT prospect, pero wala tayong balak magtrain, kindly sell them for a "reasonable" price. Someone will buy that guy, for sure, lalo na kung mas maaga nyo mabenta, after the draft or 1st week of league games. ;)

If you need help training or other BB-related stuff, pm me or the vets here. We're always glad to help.

All the best!

- Leo

Someone once told me I needed to face fear to get over it, and I thought well why not take a step further and cut my fear into little pieces then set my fear on fire then throw the hot ash of my fear into a lake and then poison the lake. Simple!

Magandang araw Pilipinas!

March 18, 2024
11:00 pm (Manila Time) - Pilipinas U21 vs New Zealand U21

Good luck at mabuhay ang Pilipinas!

- Leo

Maraming salamat!

Pilipinas U21 clobbers New Zealand U21, 119-105

Beirut, Lebanon -- Pilipinas U21 starts their campaign with an impressive 119-105 win over New Zealand U21. The lead even went by as much as 28 points after a Lucio Fulledo hail mary half-court buzzerbeater to end the 3rd quarter, 97-69. It was a brilliant display of balance and efficiency from the Pinoy stalwarts as 8 players scored in double figures. Allan Camilo Onganon led the charge with a double-double, 17 points 13 rebounds. Dino Isaiah Libutaque and David Castanos had 17 points each.

The Kiwis were paced by the 38 points and 8 assists from Albert McGahey, who seemed to be an unstoppable force for New Zealand U21.

Coach Leo felt relieved after his first win as a U21 coach. "I was actually a bit nervous at first", he said. "But, I thank my guys for making me feel that I don't have to worry about a thing or two."

Points Leaders:
