I don’t know your players stamina.
Your team starter must have good stamina.
(If you hire Nutritionist staff, stamina will not drop too fast.)
(But currently I don’t have secondary staff.)
You need to control each game TIE, Normal & CT for your enthusiasm.
I thought game engine was changed too much.
If your player play long time in each game, his game play skills will not shown fully performance.
(Sports psychologist staff effect will maintain his performance base on his playing time also)

! You played with about 10 players each game. (4players are not qualified for BBM)
So, your best 6 players have good stamina and game shape. Your team enthusiasm is high.
You can set up suitable formation and play with that 6 players in future BBM games. I hope you will win at least 2 out of balance 3 games.
