At 4:23 remaining in the 4th of my game tonight, my starting SF Demaeght was fouled while making a jumper, and went to the line for an and-1. Since I was up 19, the game took the opportunity to sub out all starters on both teams (except my starting PF, due to a quirk in how I set my lineup). As a result, Demaeght was substituted before taking the free throw, but took the shot anyway despite not being on the floor. He missed and play continued with Demaeght on the bench.
