Hi,

Going into my 7th season as your U21 coach, and maybe now is the time for the best results.
If you look at our squad, we now have players to compete for the 2nd round.

After 4 games, this is how the standings looks like:

1. Turkey 4-0 PD 192
2. Poland 4-0 PD 188
3. Belgium 4-0 PD 182
4. Hungary 4-0 PD 157

It's obvious that 2 of these 4 teams will go through to the next round.

Turkey

Our next game will be against them. A balanced team with threats inside and outside. The 2nd round will be their goal for sure.

Poland

Currently nr 2 on the world ranking. Also a good balanced team, but slightly stronger on the outside. I can't wait to see their result against Hungary on monday. Their ambition for sure: 2nd round.

Hungary

Balanced but weaker than Poland and Turkey. Altough this does not mean that they have no chances at all. They will be happy with a 3rd place, but will do anything to qualify.

Our ambition?

2nd round for sure. When our players are in their best shapes, we can compete with all of the opponents.

I believe this will be the most exciting campaign in my era }:>

My vision to train U21 players for the future generation has been started this season !

Last week we lost our game against Turkey, with lower attitude. I wanted to focus on our game today against Poland.

The first impression of tonights game against the world nr 2: they have a wrong GDP and we have a higher enthousiasm. Hope this one results in a win.

Disappointing loss.

It turned out that Poland is really strong and balanced. 51-51 at HT still gave me hope, but things turned out differently.
In the other game, Turkey lost against a CT Hungary which makes things still interesting.

This means that we will face Hungary with a higher enthousiasm since they've played normal last week.
The only option to go to the 2nd round is that we will win by a big margin and Turkey loses against Poland (with a TIE and higher enthousiasm).

Let's see how things turn out.
