2 Right Feet here, continuing my yo-yo play going from IV to III to IV to III again. I was in this league back in Season 41. Ready for a good season.

Just did some checking on my past few seasons. The last 4 times I've been in D4, I have a combined record of 84-4. Each time, I've been promoted to D3. 3 times I've been relegated back to D4. This season remains to be seen, but it's not looking promising. There is apparently a huge jump between Utopia D4 and D3, even more than in the individual country D4 and D3. I just don't know what to make of it. Anybody have any insight on it?

It depends, on my experience d3 (in Italy) can be reallly tough or rather easy, depending on teams.
In my small experience in Utopia, d4 was very easy and full of teams who are not competing at all.

Always seems to take a very long time to get players trained up to make a significant contribution.

Yes and no. It depends what kind of player. If you build C, just having IS, ID and rebound, such player train quickly to green skills. But everyone wants to train well-rounded player, or at least wants to have them. And this is time consuming. In these cases, you are quick, if he is 27 and can help.

Probably my mistake, trying to train multiple skills every 3-4 weeks. I'm currently working on my inside guys, slow going.
