My name is khenry and I'm running for reelection as USA NT Manager.
I'd say by now I'm a fairly well-known commodity by USA managers. I've been the USA NT Manager now for two terms, guiding the team to a Gold and Silver in Americas, and falling just shy of the semifinals at Worlds. At the club level, I trained a handful of players for the USA U21 that have helped me to reach the NBBA.
This past Worlds we were just a win by China over Hong Kong in the final week away from making the semifinals for the first time in 10 seasons. We have had some poor luck with injuries and inopportune GS flops, but I know we're right there and the pipeline continues to look stronger each season.
As I said last election, I know there are some that believe there is a split between offsite/Discord and onsite, but I do implore you to join the Discord
(https://discord.gg/cKpNkt2) since that is where the majority of NT planning and tactics happen, but if you don't join that I ask that you BB-Mail me so that I can keep communication with you and get your feedback here throughout the season. *As a note to this, nobody messaged me but a number of people did join Discord and have become much more active there.
I feel like most voters know what my answers are to any questions, especially with any debates we've had over builds on Discord, but I'll answer anything I can in the Debate thread
