I think we should seriously consider asking who is up for the job for 2-3 terms. For the U21 planning from the draft would be ideal, that way you'd know in advance what you are likely to get 4-5 seasons down the line. Now that you can they have sped up training for young players this could really work like a treat if there are some committed managers training for the U21.
Any thoughts from the candidates on this? Would you stay for 2 terms if elected and are you willing to try and build from 18-19yo up? I know it's a lot of effort and a thankless job, but we could try, especially if some managers in the lower divisions are responsive. I'd be happy to help with emailing managers.
