Finished up with scouting.
77 players (being broad). With lack of proper training in about 80%. There are a few 21 yo, some more 20 yo and many 19/18 yo.
So our primary goal here will be: aim to generate a 50 players base of better level to the current. I´ll be mailing his managers to coordinate training plans regarding team and NT's needs.
After training reset, I'll do our first call. I´ll keep a short roster. Eventually, I´ll recruit players to avoid´em turns into retired, if really worth it.
There are some skills weakness that we should train urgently. If any player couldn´t be trained as we need, please consider to sell him, about 90% of players are here in SGP, that should be great news if everyone of us training properly.
