Hello all!
Welcome to our u21 journey this season. Whilst this post comes after our 2nd match, details and discussion has well and truly begun in our offsite forum.

Last night we were defeated by a force that is france, meaning we will fight this season in the consolation tournament. We gave it a good shot but just were not as good as them. MVPs to come...

Australia back on track vs Barbados (47585)
It was a nice start to the consolation tourney after our 0-2 allocated start. My only gripe about tonight's match is not getting to play in the amazing location of Barbados. Perhaps next time we schedule it at Silver Sands beach?
Great start from a new call up in Hubble after 2 injuries to bigs this week. He earnt his spot and adds a nice punch to the side. He and Dawson will have to see a starting lineup together.

MVPs
3- H. Nguyen- 20pt/16 rebs/6 ass. Beautiful
2- McEwen- 23pt/10 reb
1- Schweitzfurth- 20pt/7reb

A highlight at the moment for us is our current world rank:
http://www.buzzerbeater.com/World/rankings.aspx?group=2

As a result of our program we have risen to 6th overall. No doubt this is carry over from our season 41 World cup success, but also the strength of season 42 only losing once. Well done managers.

Aus Defeat England (47673)

Adding a nice percentage booster against what i rated one of our hardest opponents. Well done to the managers on their commitment to training so far- we are slowly building a team that works well on court. Still a way to go to reach the standard I want but we are in the right direction.

MVPs
3 votes- Nagata with his 20pt, 75%FG double double
2- McEwen and his 19 reb double double
1- San with his 8 assists

Upset upsetting
(47702)

Not the result we were hoping for...  We played a great team with our best team with outstanding gameshape for all players. What more could we ask? We can still make the cut i think... but not the result we wanted.

Some of those stat lines are actually unexplainable. Our shooters fg%, rebounds, assists, they dont add up to me.

Mvps
3- McEwen
2- Nagata
1- Harvey
