What I recommend to you to make our cooperation worth is to keep a good game shape for your players (between 50 and 70 minutes per week should be fine) and to train if possible single roles instead of strange combinations.
For example, Pressure for PG is 100%, Pressure for SG is 90%, Pressure for PG+SG is even slower because it divides the training amount between two roles.
So, it's easier to reach a U21 by training faster and it's important for me if our common goal is to take Philippines again into a world stage for example
I reviewed more than 150 players today, between 21 and 18 years old, if you notice a news about your player being picked up in the roster it is because I am saving his skills to check which training plan fits better for him. I'll contact each and everyone of you as soon as possible when my scouting will be completed
