I'm just bumping a very important message that used to be sent around about 1 year ago by the then England NT Coach Gullyfoyle. His advice is still very relevant and I encourage everyone to take a look at what he wrote. I only amended the references to the current U21 and NT coaches.

As a quick note, before I leave you to Gully's words:
• Most draftees have a value (maybe a low value, but not 0)
• Most draftees can be trained into something useful or sold for money
• Do not fire your draftees before you're sure that they have no value at all (considering today is Monday you can list the player for sale twice, today and on Thursday, before you need to pay his salary next Monday)

Noooo sell him to me for -10k. I drafted garbage once more!!!!!!!

My draft so bad.

14th pick but only 3 human teams before me (one who hasn't logged in since the end of Sept) = getting my 5th choice. (3 balls, 11/16 fg, 11 rebs, 3 ast, 2 stl, 2 blk) = 37tsp and "bench warmer" pot :///

30th pick I got my 6th choice (pretty poor game stats, but 5 ast, 3 steals) and 4 balls = 48tsp, "star"

I only put the gamestats of my top 20 picks into my spreadsheet, with the 46th pick I got my 27th choice who I probably hadn't scouted and he turns out to have 44tsp, 7 ID, 6 reb, and 6 IS with "superstar" potential. Well of course he's the best of the 3...nonsense innit.

All 3 are 18. I really wanted to keep my top 2 picks this year thinking they'd be decent as I only have 2 homegrown players right now (last years draft I did even worse despite getting my #1 and #2 picks and fired all 3)

Now to scout the top 4 I missed out on...

Gone to bots in the first 13 picks: one 19 yr old MVP, an 18 yr old 6'0 superstar, an 18, 6'2, per allstar, and a few more allstar+ players.
Suspect my 3rd pick with 5 balls after scouting is only allstar pot so not a huge loss there, maybe the same pot. for the guy I had #1. Too many with the same height to be sure though for him and the other 2 in my top 4.

YAY though. (sigh)
