Wow!! This is a strange post. I am playing the game in a micro nation and it just isn't fun anymore. I thought dropping down and tanking would bring back some of the old fun factor but it hasn't.
If I buy something and don't like it...what do most people do? They return it for a refund. I am not satisfied with the game anymore, so why shouldn't I get a refund for money I spent? I even offered to take back only half the supporter price even though I have 8 months left on my supporter.
Should I be forced to keep on playing the game while I still have money invested in it? That is wrong in my opinion.
If I bought a pair a shoes and after wearing them for a week, and my feet started hurting. I would take them back, not keep wearing them.
Like I said before...I am not some new user who lost a game and all of a sudden I want my money back...I have been supporting the game since season 7, I even bought two of my friends 1 year supporter packages for their birthdays in May.(BB Supporter makes for a good B-Day present for the BB freak)
And I am seriously doubting that I am the 1st person to ask this question, You do realize that there have been 20,000 users leave since season 11.

There is a different between an unprofitable business and an NPO. In the US there are legal definitions for this/laws/regulations...guidelines. In the normal moral sense and just ethically from a business standpoint...you shouldn't treat your customers like volunteers and your game like a charitable work. Neither is neither.

I really dislike ANY business or business person who tries to sell this idea they are in a labor of love all the while they are trying to make money. Which is it? Are you trying to make money, or are you running an NPO??????????????

BB might change if they started to think of themselves as a business and their customers as customers. It might straighten some things out.

I have been preaching this for the last few years and I guess the BBs would agree to those statements. However there is a huge number of dull users that will hate and condemn you for what you said there, just because they do not seem to understand how businesses work...

That said, we're certainly not against growing our userbase, and if you can think of ways of involving the current community to help us grow, I'm happy for us to do what we can.
