I am very happy to have you here. It's easy to become a competitive team because there are so few of us here in South Africa that are active. All you need to do is focus on building a good roster and don't get discouraged when my team beats yours by 60+ points (it will happen for a few seasons, you won't be able to compete with a roster like mine) because you'll catch up eventually, like I did. I was getting killed by the top teams my first couple years and then I became the top team. Your team has a small chance at making the playoffs, but you're more likely to finish 6th and have to fight off relegation against either the team you just beat in your first game or another weak team. You'll stay in division 1, have a great draft pick and you'll be able to improve. Make sure you get as many guys their 48 minutes each week without going over 90 minutes and try to train one position for extended periods of time to build up stars and guys who will bring money on the open market.
