every season salaries are updated, in the past, they were growing one way and had a specific relationship to player skills.. that relationship is going to change... there will be no extra income explicitly given, the salary formula will change, that is all.

he does earn more, he's a good team, his arena sells out... to argue that he doesn't earn more than weaker teams is silly... you want him to earn EVEN more.. its a question of scale, not absolutes, lets take this argument to the next level and argue why the best teams should earn EVEN more than they do now.. or earn LESS than they earn now relative to weaker teams... does anyone have a guiding principle in their mind as to how the spread of income should be balanced? should it be 10 gazillion dollars different? 100K different?

hm yea i think im convinced. probably a good direction. i want more german players in my team too..

but how will the formula change? can i buy players that are close to the max i could afford and train them abit further lets say from 60k salary to more than 100k without paying 40k more next season? or will he freeze at 100? will the best bigman still cost you 300k and the best guards 100k ?

this is getting into the formula, which we aren't going to reveal.

hmmmm, my arguments are silly .... but I must to cry about your pre-season testing primary, testing by your presentment is perfect, must be teached all the world ... :-D :-D :-D ...

summary:
I have fewer income from TV than other best teams on BB-world (except BC Hostivař) :-)
I have fewer income from merchandise than worse teams in my league

yes, I am silly when I think that this is not fair ....

edit: I am silly when I pay money for your non-profesional product (I don´t mean economy changes, but for delaying in schedule, non-testing, etc. ) only ....

I have no idea what you are saying now, but I gather its insulting me.

So in summary, I ask you to make reasonable arguments that have balance, and you insult me.

I think your objections are to the large/small country debate.

Large countries will say the only reason you got to be the best in BBB was because you were in a small country and had no competition and so were able to build a very good team, when managers who were working just as hard and are just as smart in larger countries couldn't create the kind of team you did.

You being from a smaller country think that a D1 team in your country should be treated the same a a D1 team in Spain.

We decided that we would make things skewed a bit towards the overall competition level in a division, so that competition within a division would be tighter. This of course means that the best teams from stronger countries are getting more money than the best teams from weaker countries, regardless to whether that specific team is "better" or "worse." What you say is true, but we still think this is a better way of doing things, than letting you completely dominate your small countries league and making it difficult for anybody competing with you to ever catch up. I understand you don't like that tradeoff, but it was a conscious choice we made with a specific goal in mind.

We are not professionals, we are not well paid, we work part time, we make mistakes, we try our very best to fix them. Testing sucked this last season I agree, its also hard to test things thoroughly with a very small staff and a huge buzzerbeater universe.

Insulting the people that are basically not getting paid much of anything at all and have created this game is a very poor way to get people to listen to your message.

maybe misunderstanding happens, but I learned word "silly" today, and my translator translate them as attack on me.

I think that I have better competitor than all spain teams. Tooroo and Sharman are comparable as Hostivař only. And czech TV is lower than slovakia TV. I think that I would have better chance to win Spain 1.league than Czech 1.league.

I don´t know how mutch supporters pay for BB. I comprehend that 1000 supporters don´t maintain full-time staffs, but I pay same charge for one year as price of box PC game. I want functional game. Please lower count of change and more testing next time.

I'm sure that if you had started in a division V or VI like lots of managers are doing in Spain, you wouldn't thing that it's easy to win the Spanish D1 league or the Italian D1. In those leagues it's very difficult to win, because everybody who plays in D1, has won before in D5, D4, D3 and D2, so they are all really good, and winning a match it's really difficult. In Spain you'll never see a team in D1 finishing with a balance of 22-0 like you did last season, so they won't win as money as you win with game attendance, because thay will lose some matches wich will affect their game attendance, so it's obvious that to keep the game fair, BBs have to give more money to the D1 Spanish's teams so they can try to compete with you or with Sharman.

And you're supporting the game, not buying a game, it's really different. BBs are doing a great job with this game and I'm sure that if they have a delay in their schedule is not because they don't want to work but because they had something unexpected that made them have this delay.
