Usually I get training report same time every week two hours ago. Now nothing... so they fixed draft list but mess up training?

As I understood, every now and then a certain bug stops training from taking place at the certain time and one of the developers have to tell the code "hey lazy code, get up and complete the training!". But since there is still early morning in the USA, I guess we will see training in 2-4 hours max.
