How important is the player game rater. When looking a stud transfer, is it important to look at their average game rating or should I just look at their attributes?

i would look at their attributes, because the player rating is affected from enthusiam of your team and the shape so it couldbe different to the rating he get in your team.

The most important game stat, while recruting a player a the average Fouls, because those give you a hint for his character and players who are alway fouling out could be pretty annoying.
