Ive bought a player, that he got some training minutes, (most probably as a G), and i gave him some minutes as a big man. Lets say that the combined minutes are 48+, what is gonna happen? split the training? get full training as a G? or C?

It depends on what training are you gonna set, if it isn´t a full team training he´ll train only for the minutes that he played at the position you train(Guard or Center)

Edit: If the player is A. MacNeil he has played 45 minutes as SF and 38 minutes as SG in his previous team, and he has played 34 minutes as C today´s scrimmage.

Nothing is lost... However, training is based on his minutes for the week. Also, training only happens on Fridays. So:

-you can get him 45 minutes of training as a SF
-and/or 38 minutes as SG (from his previous team)
-and/or 34 minutes as C (today´s scrimmage)

So, for example, you could train jump shot for wingmen and he would get the full 48+ minutes tomorrow (45 as SF + 38 as SG).

Since i started this game i am training big men, and i dont plan to change that, b4 the end of the next season. So from what u r saying i will get the part of SG/SF training or what ever he got plus the 34 min that he got as a C?

No, he will only get minutes for whatever position you are training this week. So if you train inside shot for Cs or rebounding for PF/C he will only get 34 minutes.

He carries over the minutes played for the other team but they only count for the position(s) you are training that week. They also count for game shape purposes.

Thanks for clarifying that for me. I am not worry so much about the game shape, couz its hard to finish below the 3 place, and its hard to lose that game so next week i will be able to give him the optimal minutes. I am much worry when my injured players come back than his game shape.

I dont believe in luck man :). I believe on the hard work. Btw i am on a war with the Greeks, saying that Gasol is better than Pedja.

Understood, good work then; and it´s an easy war, you´ll win. Gasol>Pedja
