What can I say, a very very very tough SBBL this year....
Learning: 1. Too much gambling, too less strategy; this season I leaned that putting less time in the game translates to less results.
2. Maximizing training time and good results is something I struggled a lot, perhaps in two seasons when I'll switch to single positional training, I'll be better at this
3. NT time was an amazing experience and I hope others will benefit from it; It's SBBL on steroids as the control of the player development is marginal and for sure tied to the community you can build. I hope the next NT coach will do a better job at building those communities.
Next steps:1. Strengthen the inside aria
2. Keep training next generation of tigers
3. Reach Top 4 teams in Singapore
