I will promote anyway. Every first team in conferences of each IV Utopia will promote because there are more demote from III than usual (2 automatic demotes each division). So bye anyway ;)

Hey guys! TheRapper here, from the USA, been playing the game since Season 16, created a new team Season 24, and is currently fighting for a spot at D.III this season. Haven't really took the time to make a Utopia team, but decided to take the time (and money) to finally make one. I look forward to playing with all of you. B)
