Big games tonight with red and i having hca against sides with much larger salaries hopefully my big three in tarabini, leshchev and figueiredo shoot the lights out and take me to the big dance. good luck all

Should be a relatively good game between me and you Kanga! (Hopefully Johnson performs well this match, unlike the last time we played :S) I don't think that will be the situation with Red and NSW though, I'm expecting NSW to get by fairly easily... But we shall see.

It's only NSWs first season in Div III and he is in with a good shot at promotion...

Yeah i think NSW will beat by me fairly easily. unless he makes a tactical error like tornados. Also, if NSW doesn't promote i expect him to be in some trouble with he's salaries and only a 8k seat stadium.

in the other conference, i think the winners will take it.

I thought i'd take a shot at a tactic i haven't played before and it worked out pretty well. I wonder if my 3 spanish big men will sell on the transfer list? maybe you shoudl bid on them winners to guarantee a finals win ;)

Yeah Kanga tried a new tactic on my tonight aswell! And I think it worked pretty well as it caught me by surpirse, but my big men were still good enough to handle it ;)

And Kanga, I think that Crunch time on me in last match of the season may have cost you a bit...

Good wins by you Razor and Red especially...I was a little surprised but looking at NSW roster (he has most of them up for sale) of of his big weeknesses was ID on his PF which I couldn't take advantage of with my roster but Red did. Great tactical choice :)

I think Razor is going to be too strong but you never know in this game...Great 8 conference playoffs this season have seen a number of upsets - has been good to see (even though I was on the wrong end of one of those upsets :p )

thought pulling out inside tactic would work a treat and it did but my bigs didnt shoot enough and my best inside scorer only played 24 minutes which is a little confusing. he shot 9 from 11 and my bigs shot 24 from 35 which is great but they just didnt shoot enough. Well done to the winnerz HCA in finals probably the favourite good luck. Not wrong about my finances was 500k in the hole before finals now about 200k so a little bit of work to do to get that right. Ive learnt from this season that it probably pays to buy up at the end of the season rather than having a strong team from start to finish. Anyone looking for a good sf cause ive got one up for sale

yeah i knew i had to play an inside based offense because, like my team, he's big men are foulers. also, because he had a better overall team i had to slow the pace of the game down to limit the shots, so low post or patient were my options. it worked really well.
