No way he uses he's cash to try to beat us. If he does, he'll promote and struggle for a season in Div II and relegate again. I think he'll keep he's money for the next season when/if he promotes and just rely on the fact that he has a pretty good chance to beat us already.

Theres no doubt he's heavy favourite but its no sure thing especially with injuries, which he hasn't had any of yet this season (as far as i've seen.) and you normally always get one a season. I've been playing this game since season 2, started in the U.S. then moved to Australia a few seasons ago, and everytime i have no injuries during the season i always got one during the playoffs. Normally conference finals.

I'm gonna have to go with Silo here and say that there's no way he'll blow all his money to get up to Div.III, although I do think he will invest some money into promote but I definetely feel someone may be able to beat him if they play it right, what your saying about injuries though Silo is silly, I doubt he will get an injury and you definetely shouldn't be relying on one anyway.

He doesn't need to blow all his money to get to div 2. His roster now can beat all teams in the league while TIEing, and on bad nights TIEing some teams can beat him. All he needs to do is spend 1.5 mil to buy two 80k salary centres and we're screwed. He just got demoted from div 2 last season, and the revenues there are way higher, + he absolutely tanked last season, he'll have 6 mil+ I'm sure he'll be happy to spend 1.5 mil to guarantee his promotion, he can't afford to stay an extra season in div 3, div 2 earns you SO much more money, which is exactly why he will promote just because he needs to, wants to and can. Even if he promotes to div 2 just to demote next season, heck it's worth it, he can just tank it, save a crap load of money and improve his team, rather than not spend, mull around div 3 for another season with its low revenue. As I said he doesn't even need to "blow" all his money to promote, just 1.5-2 mil here and there, not much money to him anyways. That is what he would logically do. Would love to see him prove me wrong, not buy anyone and blow the playoff race open though. We shall see.

no way he has 6 million. his arena only holds 10k people and thats after an upgrade this season. i'd be surprised if he had much over 3 million, if that.

Not sure, assuming he's honest, he stated that he had "multimillions", kind of implies more than 3 mil. But we'll see.

no red paint, you are right. I dont have 6 mil, however, i do have over 3. You can pick that to what you want, and I am looking to do what flow has been saying in spending a couple, and then those players will keep me competitive in div 2. ATM i am just looking for the right players that i want, and i havent been able to find them for the price i want. I wanted to get the a few games ago, but i will definetly have a couple of newbies before the playoffs

haha, yep. now you have the promotion in the bag. I'll be interested to see if those two 30 year old players will keep you competitive in Div II. Big risk dropping almost 3 mill on players that are past training age. but i guess they aren't in training positions.

Good luck next season in DIV II

Only 1.8 mil for a 50k SF (which is a gamechanger in higher divs) and a 35k big man. Those are solid buys and you'll make it up in div 2 anyways, with the extra revenue. Now I feel crap that I spent 2 mil on my arena, could have bought some very solid players. Anyways, best of luck in div 2 nuggy. Keep in touch with everyone.

2m for a SF isn't good enough, at least $4m for the top tier!
