Join the club :)

But you are right: with enough inside training your 6'10" SG could become a descent PF with above avarage outside skills! And your 6'4" guy the other way around.

I tend to believe randomness is the most important factor in training. I don't have a long term experience with some type of training to check how much which factor influenced it. I have some theories which I'm going to check week by week and see.

Hmm I've never experienced much randomness in training. My trainees always pop when I expect them to pop. Just make sure you play them 48 minutes at least.

@Topicstarter. 20yo is a nice age to train trainees, they don't train that much slower than 18's.

I see no evidence that suggests this.

Strange results???

I have been training the SF/PF/C positions for inside defence. I have been rotating 7 players through the positions over 3 games per week and each of the 7 are logging 48+ minutes per week, (2 weeks in a row now). I am not expecting a 'pop' for another week or 2. But strangely I have had some negative slides. One of my centres is only 22yrs old, (starter potential), and has averaged 58 minutes each of the last 2 weeks (60 the first week, 56 the second), and this week his stamina dropped from strong to respectable. Is this normal?.. I didn't think players dropped their stats until they started getting older. And I also dont think that 58 minutes per week is too much playing time. Is there something I am doing wrong?

have to add that I have read several times that stamina drops are random...
