There's 2 divisions below for every one above, so if you drop down and then go back up, you have a 50/50 chance of re-getting the same one as before. There's also preference towards divisions that have bots in them so that you can get as many all-human divisions as possible with the bots being sunk down at the bottom. I've noticed we keep getting 1 team to bot out here like once every other season or so.
