Wow cool. Does it only happen for lower divisions, like V and IV? And how is the actually mechanic like?

Hello,i need advice too.I started playing a couple of weeks ago and promoted from div IV where every team was bot to III.
So i recognized that im worst team in my conference and i need alot of investment to have a chance to stay this season.
I have around one million dollars and the best option is maybe to upgrade my arena whole season.Also i can buy some veterans but i think that they couldnt be good for my team because of decline of skills so i would be forced to buy new veterans again and never be able to make strong team.
I think best option for my team is to train players and upgrading arena this season and to return again in div IV.What do you guys think?

Yeah,I agree with you.Already bought 3 all star pot trainees and lvl 4 coach,i was looking for some domestic,but i didnt want to lose training weeks so i decided to buy foreign players.I didnt spent much money on them,but i think that i can make 3 very useful players that will have 95-100 tsp with good secondaries and worth around 1.5-2M when they become 23 and always be one of the favourites for promotion to II divison. :)
