Not do Game Shape training??? It seems my guys are (well a few) are down in GS. I know stamina should be next week or does that improve ea game? Should i rest or play guys with medocre or below stamina?? I get the training certain players all season and that makes sense. I will start this right away...wished we can train more than just friday mornings. Like train a few days a week.

Yeah, Thanks. I have. I just like hearing from successful teams on certain tactics as I have seem to hit a wall in getting out of d5. And really building my team up. I have followed a few steps to good success from a few guys on here.

Monorole training is 1 position training. For example Pressure for PG. This means only 3 guys per week can get required 48 minutes for a full training.

Being in D.V, you can use also 2-position training, but don't waste it on a high potential guy (Perennial allstar and upwards). From D.IV and up, 2-position training gets you nowhere as you fall back too much compared to the teams that do 1-position training.

From D.IV and up, 2-position training gets you nowhere as you fall back too much compared to the teams that do 1-position training.

I got to DIII using 2-pos training exclusively.
It's easy to train 5 guys with 2-pos training maintaining good GS and winning.
It's harder to win aiming to 1-pos train 3 guys.
Unless you can afford a level 5+ trainer, you might as well improve half of your team as opposed to quarter.
