I'd certainly like to see where my 18 year old ranks among the players taken in last season's draft.

Bill should be right up there at number one. I dearly hope that you are single positioning him as he is one of the best rookies I've seen.

If your not please BB-Mail me.

He looks very nice. Very well rounded. I'd say for him to have a good shot at making the U21 you should concentrate primarily on JS and OD next year. My PG was about the same level 1 higher in JS and OD, 2 Higher in PA. As I made a PG I would advise you to make him into a SG and slowly get his passing to 8. I would also try to train single position more efficiently playing him 48 minutes at the training position once a week. Great job so far!

He also needs a lot of FT remedial work. To me, I'd think he should have at least 4 or 5 FT, especially if he winds up going point guard.

Higher FT on him would be nicer, but at this point with his skill set if he wants a chance at making the U21 he needs to not waste weeks training FT or Stamina

"Very well rounded" Am I nuts? I would find a lot of descriptive phrases before I used that phrase to describe a player who had several atrocious ratings.

The atrocious ratings are not something he can control. With his height would you bother training the inside skills? No its a waste. Out of the skills he can control he has trained them balanced which will help his training, Minus Pa which is probably where it started and will catch up down the round. By saying well rounded I was referencing that he has not overlooked or over trained any of the key guard skills at such a young age.
