Game of the day - Flyer sonic vs NEWBak Ku Teh Kings

Happy labour day everyone! Today's game to watch is the tournament game between two long-time SBBL rival, Flyer sonic vs NEWBak Ku Teh Kings.. In this long anticipated game, fellow NT team-mates, Yap Jing Sze will take on Irfan Bakti Abd Hamid.

Lead by captain Peh Jian Long who has a season average of 15.5 points and 12 rebounds and well supported by Li An Wen, the home fans are betting on their team to knockout their fierce rival from the tournament.

NEWBak Ku Teh Kings are ready to disappoint the home crowd with their own duo of Lim Shi Xin and Ahmad Islam to match their opponent's inside offense. Another player to lookout for will be Yeo Eng Heng, who is knocking on NT door with a season average of 10.6 points and 5 assists.

Jaguar responded tough lost by nabbing away victory from SG Young Guns 93-88.

Chan Ren Qing followed with 30 points and 16 rebs. From that point on, SG Young Guns managed to climb their deficit slowly within single digit as close as two points after Ponc Davessa hit the desperation three pointer after stole Kang Puay Ying lazy pass to get SG Young Guns 88-90. However, Chan Ren Qing won offensive rebounds over Foong Long Meng and were fouled, made both FT to drag the game away. The YG weren't able to score anymore and Jaguar took this one. Davessa led YG with 23 points. Latvian NT Bertolds Erkškis has 14 points and 8 assits.

Meanwhile at EricUnited arena, Compassvale United blew out the home team with 111-54. Eric were inserting their 2nd stringer in order to preserve lineup for upcoming cup games against tough little lineup New BKT Kings. The match were featring Eric's rookie Alokendra Rajan on the starting lineup, but was fouled out due to raw defense skill. Few fans were cheering for the new member.
