There is a rule which states that one "cannot buy players previously or currently owned by (their) other team."

This is a fine rule which prevent cheating but there could be an exception to disable the rule under some conditions such as:

- if the player is free agent

or a more restrictive condition:

- if the player is free agent and no other teams have bid on the player

I wonder why when we win the championship in the top league we only receive a 400,000 bonus as a journalists' prize and not, for example, a 1.5 M prize to meet team reinvestment? It could be very challenging for everyone to try to get to the ultimate goal.
