Everyone: Can you give examples of USA U21 or NT players that you have trained in the past. If you have not trained any, what qualifies you to guide a long term training program for dozens of players.

I trained a guard by the name of Stewart Tripp for u21 a little while back, along with a big that was on the roster 2 seasons ago by the name Val Pennington. I have experience training both guards and bigs, was a scout for guards this past season and picked up 2 bigs classes after our scouting fallout happened. I feel very confident I can guide these managers to produce great prospects.

My question was about USA U21 players. Much harder than a micronation.

That disqualifies the French as a whole. Japan had a good start to this game. But it widdled down just like we are. I am currently training a National team product on my utopia team and big skill set is almost finish.

1. Being the head scout, you will have to work closely with me (or fire me, remove me, whatever!) as well as the rest of the staff/USA U21 community. While not being explicitly stated, many managers want to be involved in the decision making when it comes to tactics and rostering even if the Head Coach does not agree. How do you plan on dealing with these expectations?

I will totally work with you and go beyond to hear every1 decisions and hit the staple button whenever I say no.

There are many other duties that are involved with being a U21/NT coach outside of setting a lineup. There are database duties that only the Head Coach can do, and the job itself is a six month commitment. It does require a level of maturity and dedication that will require you to go a bit above and beyond. USA managers quite literally are putting a year of their lives in training time in your hands. Do you understand the scope/responsibilities that are required of you?

I used to keep databases and I don't do them anymore because I go with the flow again. I used to simulate life itself. I kept a database as a privateer information for only my sake. I will keep them away from other people and foreigners.

I am also very confident of the fact that we as a whole community will not prosper in American player development we are very close to the fixed player development whole. We need to continue to not letting foreigners use our database and that will require the same from other countries.

@ Antwon

I'm curious to the reasoning/logic specifically behind all managers opinions are equal.

@Gpolin

You said the U21 schedule, and facing 2 very tough teams in Repe, and having to burn enthusiasm to get through there really hurt the U21 this past worlds...
not knowing the skills of the players and such, except from the standpoint of you all's reverse engineering and guesswork and such to figure them out. Where would you have "projected" our finish having been if not for that, and which games do you think it specifically impacted?

@khenry

Why is it important to have the "underdog" mentality and tactical base for USA in this term do you think?

@wardo

Is it possible for your answers to be more specific and less vague. You say Europeans focus on all star skill sets, and that we can't compete until we focus more on creating the same type of player.
Elaborate on these "all star skill sets" please

@alexRag
answer something? please?

@orko

For those who aren't already familiar with you... What have you to say in light of all thats going on now that NBBA doesn't consume as much time for you?

Look at the last top 15 players of Spain. They are all very well rounded stats and ratings. I am not so sure if I can work on the vague part.
