By enthusiam, do you mean game shape? I thought I've been keeping fairly high all season.

Who do you think is increasing my salary? Other than my backups I have a few 2k players to fill in for friendlies and such...do you think I don't need them?

I have been thinking of cashing in on Picard now and buying a couple of younger players to replace him...tough one though.

No I mean enthusiasm, the thing that changes depending on if you go Normal, CT or TIE. You probably could've TIE'd 90% of your games but didn't.

Those backups are a waste of money. You can just buy terrible players for 1k in time for every scrimmage every week, then fire them after the game. saves you some money every week so it adds up

Yeah IDK Picard's build, but having a player of that salary in D2 is crazy, but it damn well be a big if you don't want to shoot yourself in the foot!

lol so my Private League championship (which lasts the length of a full season with 12 teams) just finished...I was the 5th seed playing the only team I was afraid of in the championship. Right from the tip, I was completely dominating him. Then my starting SF gets injured right out of the gates after only playing 5 minutes, and I am still beating him handily and manage to keep my 20ish point lead from dwindling. Then my starting SG gets injured. Now my lead slowly starts getting chipped away at, but I think I can still pull it off despite having only dressed 7 players, the 5 on the court will have to play every single minute from the 2nd quarter onwards (my 2nd player got injured at the end of the 1st quarter). So despite me having a meh lineup on the floor with no backups available, my lead slowly starts going down but at a pace where I should still have the win. Then my starting PG gets injured in the 3rd quarter, so I have a lucky fan come into the game. I still have the lead, and even with the lucky fan in, the two teams go toe-to-toe until about the 8 minute mark in the 4th quarter before he gets his first lead and finally starts to pull away.

God I hope that doesn't happen tomorrow. 3 injuries in 1 game! And all to starters and in the championship!!!

Good Game Roncesvalles. Great season! I'm sure with a few changes, you'll be more than ready for Naismith next season.

Good season everyone!

yup, great season 85%, ur team was very well built coming out of div3
(or had a lot of resources/talent to build a nice div2 winning team with)

i wish i had the time to spend tracking the TL and making better quality moves
oh well, more training for me =)

I obviously need to read up on this enthusiasm stuff then because I thought I only had to keep an eye on game shape!

Might be one of the reasons I seem unable to better the team!!!
